- These functions constitute the R code of the Suplementary Material of «Bootstrap-based testing approaches for the assessment of the diagnostic accuracy of biomarkers subject to a limit of detection» by Franco-Pereira, Nakas, Leichtle and Pardo (SMMR, 2018)

- OVL.CI is an R package that provides functions to construct confidence intervals for the overlap coefficient (OVL), a measure of similarity between two distributions defined as the area of overlap between their distribution functions. Due to its intuitive interpretation and its straightforward visual representation through overlapping histograms, OVL is a useful tool for applied researchers. The package implements methods based on the work of Franco-Pereira, A.M., Nakas, C.T., Reiser, B., and Pardo, M.C. (2021, Statistics in Medicine) and includes extensions for multimodal distributions proposed by Alcaraz-Peñalba, A., Franco-Pereira, A., and Pardo, M.C. (2025, AStA Advances in Statistical Analysis).

- These are the results for the Normal, LogNormal and Gamma distributions obtained in «A Unified Framework for the Comparison of Correlated Overlap Coefficients» by Franco-Pereira, A.M., Nakas, C.T., Reiser, B., and Pardo, M.C. (submitted). The simulation codes are available here. The codes for the COVID antibody data example and the Medfly data example are available here.
