SEDD is a tool for early warning and decisions for relief operations after natural disasters. Based on a very short information of a disaster, this tool provides an assesment of consequences through a fuzzy classification of the consequences mesaured on casualties, injured, homeless, affected people and economic damage.
SEDD is based on extracting fuzzy rules from historical data, applying them to carry out a fuzzy classification of the consequences of the disaster.
