Registration and Abstract submission

Registration is open and can be completed by clicking here.

Important dates and deadlines:

♣ Early bird registration (until April 30, 2025): 375 EUR

♣ Late registration (until May 30, 2025): 500 EUR

The on-line registration will close on May 30, 2025.

The conference fee includes: participation in the Symposium, conference bag and materials, coffees and pastries in every coffee break, excursion (lunch included), and the Thursday gala dinner.

Registrations made from May 13rd onwards will no longer include participation in the excursion on Wednesday, June 18th, as the maximum number of participants has been reached.
