Social Activities

As is tradition in every Symposium, there will be an excursion and a gala dinner.

On Wednesday, June 18th, the excursion will take place. This time, we will visit Finca La Pontezuela, a historic olive oil mill located in a beautiful spot in the Montes de Toledo, in Castilla-La Mancha, the same place that inspired Cervantes to write his famous book Don Quixote. We will enjoy a guided tour of the area with an official guide, immersive experiences, a banquet, and a tasting of local olive oils along with a selection of Spanish wines. And much more! The excursion will last the whole day, and round-trip transportation from Madrid is also included.

The Symposium’s social dinner will be on Thursday, June 19th. It will take place at the restaurant Sal Gorda, located at number 3, C. de Beatriz de Bobadilla, 9, Moncloa – Aravaca, 28040 Madrid.
