The event will have four parts:
- PRESENTATION OF PROBLEMS: By problem coordinators and companies’ representatives, on Monday, June 9.
- WORKING IN GROUPS: Each group of students, coordinated by one or various experts, will work on a problem.
- PRESENTATION OF RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS: Each Working Group will deliver a report describing the results and conclusions reached, and all members of the group will make a public presentation on Friday, June 13 .
- WRITTEN REPORTS: Each Working Group will write a report setting out the results and conclusions reached. Reports (pdf files) should be sent to Martín Avendaño (mavend01@ucm.es), deadline: June 27, 2025 at 23:59.

- 16:00 – 16:15. Introduction and opening of the XIX Modelling Week, UCM
- 16:15 – 16:35. Exposition of Problem 1 (Accenture).
- 16:35 – 16:55. Exposition of Problem 2 (GMV).
- 16:55 – 17:15. Exposition of Problem 3 (Management Solutions).
- 17:15 – 17:35. Exposition of Problem 4 (Grant Thornton).
- 17:35 – 17:55. Exposition of Problem 5 (IBM).
- 17:55 – 18:15. Exposition of Problem 6 (SAS).
- 18:15 – 20:30. Groups start working.
TUESDAY 10-06-2025 TO THURSDAY 12-06-2025. Working in groups at the laboratories.

- Morning. Groups prepare final reports and presentations.
- 16:30 – 19:00. Each working group gives a public presentation describing main results.
- 19:00. Closing the XIX Modelling Week at the UCM.
